Fantastic Hotel Experience!
clean room good variety short walk
The room was clean and offered a nice view of the pool area. I found the buffet breakfast included a GOOD variety of food, contrary to some opinions. Local shops and restaurants are within a short walk. I will return!!!

good food different meat really good salad unclean room stained sheets safety issue
The food was very good. Each night, there was different meat. A grill chef cooked the meat very well. The salad bar was really good.
Our room was not cleaned properly for 3 days. The same sheets were put back on the bed. The cover had blood stains on it. This is a health and safety issue.

excellent hotel experience!
clean bathroom comfortable beds professional staff
ivan checked me in, he was very professional. he explained how to find my room and helped me with hotel information. my family room was excellent with a great shower, clean bathroom and very comfortable beds. the maid cleaned the room to a very high standard every day. the pool area was super clean and cleaned regularly by the public area cleaners, they were always bright. the reception staff were excellent and professional, every request was dealt with quickly.
the restaurant was buffet service. it was very crowded. i found rude old people who seemed to have no manners.

the hotel is situated close to a bus stop into the city center. it has local shops and restaurants within a short walk. walk a little further and there is a square with more shops and a main supermarket, it's a plus!

clean bathroom comfortable bed super clean pool area professional staff
Our room had a clean bathroom plus a very comfortable bed. The maid cleaned the room to a very high standard every day. I found the pool area super clean. The public area cleaners maintained it regularly. Reception staff handled every request quickly and professionally.
